My loaf bread (multi-grain) recipe calls for baking 40 minutes at 400-degrees then another 30 minutes at 375-degrees, for a total of 70 minutes. If I form 75g rolls as you describe, what kind of conversion do you recommend for the rolls - still around 30 minutes or should I use 2/3 of the time? (FYI, I do put a pan of ice cube in the oven to give it some steam.)
