Patti July 12, 2023 at 1:53pm In reply to Hi Fern, baking the beans… by modegard I've been using rice on the bottom of my dutch oven to make a softer bottom crust on my sourdough loaves but have to discard the rice after one use due to scorching. Would beans hold up better? Reply
