The directions seem to have changed from the old box of gluten-free pancake mix. It was my go-to and it’s been hard to pinpoint what changed! I think the new bag suggests 3 eggs for a full batch, whereas the old box (also 15oz mix qty), only recommended 2 eggs. They turned out rubbery, so I will go for 1 less egg next time. Also, the qty of butter/oil is different on the new packaging. Confusing! I miss the old box personally.
