Made the lemon curd, and the pastry cream. Both recipes at KAB are fantastic.
I have the large muffin tin. Was planning for a white cupcake with both fillings, topped with fresh whipped cream.
My husband suggested I cut the top off for the second filling, in addition to the core? Confused how I will assemble until the cupcake is made. I'm sure it will be delicious with the fillings. I may use the Flora di Sicilia in the cake as a substitute for the vanilla. Any suggestions are welcome.
