I absolutely LOVE cupcakes. I think it's because I'm usually overwhelmed with wanting a big slice of a cake but needing just a 'cup' of the cake. LOL. Thanks so much for the recipes and information about filled cupcakes; one of my least baked items, but one of my favorite.
