Classic Birthday Cupcakes; Lemon curd and/or Blueberry Compote (added a small amount of gelatin to compote to prevent leakage/seepage issues!); Italian Meringue Buttercream flavored/colored with a bit of pulverized freeze-dried strawberries!!!
Held up well at room temperature for two days in sealed container before being delivered and, ultimately, devoured by intended recipients!!!
