Until I bought my large dough whisk from KA I grumbled when I went to feed my sourdough starter. It's never a problem anymore using the dough whisk. I've tried other things with it, and it is a versatile tool to use. Even if I used it only to feed my sourdough, it is a remarkable tool that gets the job done the way it should be.
