Finally an exposition on this valuable tool. I get frustrated when I see videos where it is not used, but could do the job so much better than is being demonstrated. Very reasonable cost. And in 2 sizes, the smaller for those of us do not make large quantities. I have given one to many of my young relations. Thank you for the article to learn of uses I may be missing.
