First, I’m a King Arthur flour fan.
I’m wondering if you have seen Kiss The Ground, a documentary on soil conservation? From these pictures, it looks as though standard plowing has taken place. I’d love for you to watch the film, implement those practices at least in a segmented area, and inform me of your results. It seems a win / win. As stewards of our earth, I’d love to know that King Arthur was participating in just such a program ~ and leading the way as an example for others. Thank you.
