I am thrilled to see this post. Steamed breads are so interesting and delicious. I also checked out Frankie's Little Fat Boy blog and the dumplings and recipes shown there are so beautiful... I mean really BEAUTIFUL. Bravo KAB for expanding the scope of bread making on your blog. Hope to see more steamed breads in the future.
