i made these this morning and they were delicious. they were small and rather dense though. i might have gotten confused with the dividing into 2 disks part. i had 2 rounds and cut them into 4 wedges each. they tased fine but were smaller than the picture above. and can they be long fermented in the fridge overnight? thank you.
