These were a delicious way to use up a bunch of discard. I only used cheese in mine - cubed cheddar and some finely grated parmesan. Even with a lot less milk than in the recipe my batter was kind of gloopy and I definitely couldn't shape them into wedges. But I got 7 rustic scoops onto the baking sheet and they taste great.
