We're glad you enjoyed this post, Kathleen! To use the base from the Strawberry Cream Shortbread to make cookies, you'll just roll out the crust and cut as desired then bake the cookies for 10 to 15 minutes until the edges are a light golden brown. You can do this with any shortbread recipe. We hope this can help and happy baking!
