The important thing for all to remember the "TRUTH" regarding food, it does not matter it's ethnic origin, it's culture, it's roots, the "TRUTH" of food is that it brings people together. Together in good time and bad, together in richness and poverty, happiness and sadness, food has no regard to the race, creed, color of those who create the recipes, those who cook the food, and especially who eat and share the bounty. I am just saying that is all.
