I’ve now read this post 3 times and still haven’t found the obvious political agenda or, for that matter, anything even the slightest bit inappropriate. What I have done is smiled at the author’s description of a beloved food and her quest to recreate it. I’ve also made the cinnamon concha recipe and it was absolutely delicious. Thank you King Arthur for providing not only amazing recipes, but the stories and context behind them as well!
