I am trying to decide whether King Arthur FLour offered its own recipe for pan dulce to Ms Camacho or if this is her original creation. The bitterness of the political posturing must not go well with the sweet shell and tender crumb of these rolls. Perhaps Gusto's Conchas de Maiz, also available from King Arthur, would taste better.
