I love all the pictures of the kitchen flops, especially the junior mint cookies, they can be called lava rock cookies. I like to make cheese cakes, but one time I was in a hurry to get it into the oven. Everything was fine, cooked without any cracks, pretty nice looking, until I tried a piece.
Wow it did not taste as good as all the rest, because I forgot to put the sugar in. I ended up giving it to a neighbor who was diabetic and told her to eat it any way she wanted to.
