I'm so excited to have these recipes for my own. Pre-pandemic, hubby and I used to regularly go to the middle eastern market owned by friends of the family where I'd load up on fatayer to take home and freeze. Za'atar is my favorite (and the place didn't seem to have cheese ones I fell in love with when visiting Israel). So Heifa - thank you SO much for
sharing! Now i just need to restock on za'atar. I put that s^&# on everything!
