Hi Haylee, our Swiss Buttercream recipe does offer several flavoring options in the Tips From our Bakers section, so that should be a great recipe to try! 

As far a sourdough goes, our Sourdough Baking Guide is a wonderful resource to begin your sourdough baking journey with. Once you're ready to get going, you can either make your own sourdough starter (which takes about 10 days to 2 weeks), or purchase a fully mature starter from us, which just needs a few feedings to revive it from its travels before it's ready to use in your baking. If you're looking to purchase some of the equipment you might need to go along with your starter, you could consider purchasing this set
