My mom and I have continued the lefse-cooking tradition of my Grandma Hallum (nee Olson) for about 10+ years now. We make a half-day of it between Thanksgiving and Christmas. We mix/portion/roll and my dad and son cook/flip with 2 griddles going. I plan to try your recipe this year. Thank you for sharing it!
