I made these today and they are great. My hubby said they are the best cookies I have ever made. I make tons of cookies. I left the dough in the fridge overnight. It was a bit dry and took about 10 minutes to soften enough to roll out. I sprayed it with a little water which helped. I used dark rye flour which may be why the dough was kind of dry. Very unique cookie.
