Thank you for the recipe and extra info on naan. Love naan! When making these - Ideally using cast iron, but if that is not an option (and there is no griddle), am I out of luck? May just end up getting one of those, but for now for my first batch wondering if there are any last resort options? Plus the first batch may not turn out the best, haha...
