I was born in Yugoslavia near Hungarian border and came to US at age 15. My grandmother used to make Walnut and Poppy seed strudla. I make it all the time but my kids preferred walnut. I also make Dobosh Torta which originated in Hungary. Regarding Cabbage roll, I personally never made it but just Google recipe for that. I do it all the time. A lot of Serbian recipes are similar to Hungarian. Just Google recipe for Hungarian Cabbage Roll. I am pretty sure you will find it. Good luck.
