Every Christmas my wife whips out 4-8 beigli (usually walnut but sometimes also poppy seed) using a recipe from her Czech/Hungarian family. I've been fascinated to see this for sale in the Zingerman's catalog for the past 2-3 years and eager to see how it compares to hers. Now I don't have to wait till Christmas (since I can't read Czech) to enjoy this at other times of the year!
