There is an easy solution: place individual hamantaschen in cupcake pan. If you do not have a cupcake pan, you can place each cookie inside the foil inserts for making cupcakes. Do close your hamantaschen like you would a box: alternate dough on top before pinching shut. Some hamantaschen will bake in a perfect form, others will look as if someone gave corners an extra pinch. Not one hamantaschen will open, so each hamantaschen keeps all filling: already filling is a small amount to allow you to pinch edges.
