PJ, thank you so much for this blog. I have been making Hamentaschen every Purim since I was a child. With every batch it seems they have to be divided up into the "family" cookies (the misshapen ones that we eat at home) and the "company" cookies that are attractive enough for guests. Glad to see that the same thing happens to an expert like you! Also, I really appreciate that KAF showcases a variety of recipes from different cultures. I am Jewish, so of course I'm thrilled to see Jewish recipes, but I also love learning about and trying recipes from other religions and cultures.
