Hi, Michele! If you have a plain gluten-free cereal at home (like gluten-free Cheerios, for example), that's always a fabulous option! Just crumble them in a bag or toss them in a food processor to make crumbs. Homemade breadcrumbs are always a good way to use up any gluten-free bread that's gone stale, as well. Happy baking!
