Traditionally hamantaschen are not made with butter, they are made with oil or margarine so they are pareve (neutral, neither milk nor dairy). I would warn anyone that they are milchig (dairy) before you share them with Jewish people who observe kashrut. That said, I am Jewish and have made butter-based hamantaschen for my home and friends who don't keep kosher. The consideration and disclosure is the important part. Just don't take them inside a synagogue or another space that might have a kosher kitchen.
