HI My traditional recipe is more durable. So-No Egg. Just 2 sticks butter and 8 oz cream cheese with the 2 cups flour..No sugar in the dough.You can dust your board with confectionary sugar. Yields 48 balls pressed with a glass bottom (seal w egg white rather than water). Try a cooked prune filling with marmalade and slivered almonds!
