Oh PJ. Once again you are out of your element. You continually set yourself up for failure when you dabble in ethnic baking.
Our Hamentachen don’t collapse into the themselves and our edges stay sealed. We make them Parve so they can be enjoyed after any kosher meal. We flavor the dough with orange, almond and zests.
BTW Purim was not included in the Old Testament. It is read in the Megillah, which is a separate scroll.
I realize this review won’t be printed. I know your staff is concerned about critical reviews. How sad to be self limiting and continually fail the Jewish baking tradition.
