Yes, I’ll try this recipe! Years ago I made Hamantaschen using a recipe from the food section of a major metropolitan newspaper. It was so labor intensive I swore I’d never make them again (carrot and ground almond filling - delicious but way too much work). This recipe looks much better, and apricot is my favorite!
