Thanks for your observation, Elaine! We view this book as an heirloom cookbook that is meant to be passed down from generation to generation. While we have some more modernly formatted cookbooks in the works, since food photography styles change relatively quickly, our intention is that this content ages like a fine wine instead of appears dated to the next generation of bakers.
