I got the new book and I love it. So much that I ordered the anniversary one just to compare. BUT, I had never heard of your cookbooks before and saw it the YouTube channel "The Kneady Homesteader" - who swears by them. Buying books is fun but this book elicits an emotional response as the recipes really speak the hearth. Your flour was not widely available where I live, but it seems like I am seeing it more and more. And at Costco! Thank you.
