We just made the Lemon Bread recipe from the new book (p. 57). The recipe as printed calls for 1-1/2 tsp of salt and the resulting loaf was way too salty! Curiously, the online recipe for Quick Lemon Bread, which is very similar to the Lemon Bread recipenin the book only calls for 1/2 tsp of salt.
