What recipes did you get rid of? I just got the original edition from the library and liked it enough to consider buying. However I LOVE that your new book has the weights guide in grams (I frequently reference your online version) and all recipes are listed in grams too, so I don’t have to convert them myself. Would hate to buy the new edition only to see the recipes I wanted were gone. Also are the GF recipes naturally GF or using measure for measure? My MIL is GF, but as I don’t see her often, I only cook with DIY ingredients, almond or oat flour, naturally GF, etc.
