Hi there, Franceine! There are about 12 gluten-free recipes (either ones that were designed to be gluten-free or are naturally gluten-free) in this book. That being said though, most of the non-yeasted recipes can be converted to be gluten-free using our Gluten-Free Measure for Measure Flour. We hope this helps and happy baking!
