I’m always updating my own skills & recipes, so it makes sense for the same to happen to this cookbook (although the instruction in my Joy of Cooking to pick up a boars head from my local butcher never ceases to put a smile on my face). I’m curious, though, what specialty tools were used in 2003 that are no longer used in home kitchens?
