Have you ever thought of a gluten free cookbook? I have to eat only gluten free with no soybean or sorghum flours also. You are about the only flour I can use. I have tried a few wheat flour recipes with different gluten free flours with mixed results. I have recommended your flour and website to anyone I meet looking for gluten free foods. Please keep up your good work. I would have a hard time enjoying certain foods without your flours, mixes and recipes online. Thank you.
