My original Bakers Companion was spilled on, marked up and dog eared. The most important mark in it is the signature of both Brinna, PJ, and Susan Reid. I hope you are all well. I will cherish this book forever. I bought it back in the days when classes were done in the store after hours. We had to move the display and set up our chairs. Oh how I loved those classes. I've been a fan for a very long time and look forward to getting a new and revised version of one of my favorite cookbook!
