I have always been a great baker at sea level. Now I live at 7,800 feet above sea level. Baking is an all new ball game here. Do you have any recipes already adapted for high altitude cooking. I’ve read through all the tips and hints to change recipes, but each recipe is different and a lot of experimentation. I get frustrated that something that used to be so easy is no longer easy.
