Sourdough, pizza, gluten free baking. . .these are the things that keep me in the kitchen. My wife is celiac, anything with gluten is out. I've become better over the years adapting my baking to accommodate her food allergy. King Arthur's Measure for Measure GF mix has been a god send.
I have and use your 200th Anniversary cookbook and the original Baker's Companion. Like my cat and catnip, there's no way I'm not buying the new Companion. All that said, will I ever learn how to make a really, really good GF pizza crust??
