I have become a whole food, plant based cook. It is better for me, for my family, and for the planet. More and more people I meet are moving in that direction as well. I appreciate that you have many whole grain recipes. Do you have any thoughts or plans to develop more egg-, oil-, and dairy-free recipes? I realize it is a leap to do so but who better to investigate the possibilities than yourselves?
