Hi Jack! We're so excited that you've baked with us all these years, and we will very happily pass along your kind words to PJ and Susan. As far as the differences between the new Baker's Companion and the older version, we can tell you this: with the new version we worked hard to update many of our existing recipes to bring them in line with modern baking, such as using ingredients that are now readily available; we added in more gluten-free and whole grain recipes and tips, we streamlined the recipes for more consistency with our current style of recipe writing; we added new recipes that have been developed since the book’s initial publication that are company favorites (like our Crispy Cheesy Pan Pizza and our Chocolate Mousse Cake with Raspberries!); and we removed any outdated references, methods, ingredients, and recipes themselves. We hope that gives you somewhat of a better idea of what to expect with the new version. We hope you pick up a copy, and continue bake with us for years to come. Thanks!
