I can see the uses for your giant spatula, but I have a problem with it. $$$ Anyway, I would wager that at least 95% of your customers already have such an item in their kitchens. It’s called a cookie sheet, the aluminum kind with one edge folded up for a handle. Works just as well as the giant spatula. Actually, it’s even better: it will move larger pizzas; when you split a cake layer into two, just slip and shimmy it between the layers to move the top one aside. For many years, I baked the birthday party cake for my daughter’s birthday parties. With lots of local family members and friends, an 8” or 9” layer cake wouldn’t work. I invested in a Magic Line pan - 12” x 16” - the largest that fit in my oven. When I split that into two layers, the cookie sheet was the only tool that would work. Your giant spatula may be good, but my multipurpose cookie sheets are better!
