I have my fingers crossed this morning. Although I had never made this recipe, I decided to be bold and double it, because I have so much starter. I woke up to a beautiful rise. I want to share my hint with folks about dough scrapers. I could not find mine, so I grabbed a wide, round plastic lid, normally used as a leftovers container cover. It worked beautifully!
