Hi Greg, I'm not sure if your ceramic pan contributed to this, but because this relatively wet and sticky dough sits in the pan for an extended time it's definitely more likely to stick to the pan. If you used oil to grease the pan this may have contributed to your difficulties, since oil tends to pool at the bottom of the pan rather than adhering to the sides. Crisco or a good baking spray will work a little better, and for this type of recipe I would highly recommend using sprayed parchment paper to line the long sides and bottom of the pan, with the short ends of the pan greased well. You can create a parchment sling as described in this blog post, but I would still grease the parchment and the pan as well.
