I just pulled this out of the oven. I followed the recipe exactly, except for my loaf pan, mine is ceramic. I oiled the pan and baked the bread until my instant read thermometer read 200 in the middle. I couldn't extract the loaf from the pan. It is terribly stuck on all sides. What gives? Is this due to the ceramic pan?
