Great recipe. .. low effort but awesome results. I extended the recipe out a little... made the dough in the evening, and let it rise in a colder area slowly overnight, folded it down the next morning and let it triple over the following day. Placed it in the pullman loaf pan (this really did improve my loaf!!) the next evening and let it rise in the refrigerator overnight for a second night. Baked it the next morning and it was perfect! Minimal effort for maximal results!
