I have made the No-Knead Sourdough in a Pain de Mie pan(9") and it worked well just a bit gummy in top center. Could I use this recipe in that pan? Also do you have a calorie count/nutritional value? I have being using sourdough starter for a year and love trying new recipes. I've made bagels, English muffins, pretzels, and pancakes.
