Hi Nan, yes, following these baking instructions with your new pan should work out perfectly. I would still let the dough rise to about 1 inch below the side of the pan when using the lid. Grease the lid lightly to prevent sticking, and remove the lid for the last 10-15 minutes of the baking time.
